At Mediflow USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your purchase and click the 'Start Return' button.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
